My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fabulous spread for breakfast. It was very comfortable for our children to visit, which is not always common in non-smoking rooms in Chinese hotels. The service was amazing, staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, but they barely acknowledged a complaint. The location was great, right in Sanlitun next to Swire, bar street, and more, perfect for eating out. The dining experience was also very good, with a broad variety of western and oriental dishes.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and roomy, and I was lucky to stay in one of their Presidential Suites, which was truly amazing. The service was fantastic, especially thanks to Daniel Li, Club InterContinental Manager, Paige Jiang, Senior Business Development Manager, and Forest Zhao, Business Development Manager. The location was great for walking around the Olympic park but a bit far from the central attractions in Beijing. The dining options were excellent with a variety of Western and Chinese choices. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
